Invitation to Tender: National/Domestic Competitive Bidding

The City of Victoria Falls invites tenders from suitably qualified, reliable and legally registered firms for:

1. Non Consultant Services – Provision of Auctioneering Services) – VFCC/FD/AS/06/2023

Tender documents with specifications can be obtained from our website: www.vfcc.co.zw or can be emailed on request as from 08:00 – 16:30 hours on 09th of June 2023.

Closing date: 16 June, 2023 at 11:00 am

Completed bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside with the tender number and description must be deposited in the tender box at the Council’s Reception, Cnr. Parkway Drive & Livingstone Way on or before 11:00 am of the due date.

Bid documents downloaded from our website: www.vfcc.co.zw or sent through email will not require payment. Emailed documents can be requested from vfmprocurement@vfm.co.zw and echuma@vfm.co.zw

NB: A non-refundable deposit of US$10/ZWL equivalent is payable upon collection of a hard copy tender document with specifications.
No faxed, emailed or late tenders will be considered. Council is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid. Queries relating to those documents may be addressed to:
