PROCUREMENT OF ROAD SURFACING WORKS

Victoria Falls City Council invites tenders from reliable and legally registered Companies for the procurement of road surfacing works for the Victoria Falls City Council.

Tender documents with specifications can be obtained from our Town Office’s Revenue Hall at Cnr Livingstone and Parkway during office hours as from 0800 – 1630 hrs on 7 May, 2021.

Completed bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Notice: Tender No. VFCC/ERRP2/RSW/05/2021: Standard Bidding Document for the procurement of road surfacing works for Victoria Falls City Council and must be deposited in the TENDER box at the Council Reception, Cnr. Livingstone Way & Parkway, P.O. Box 41, Victoria Falls on or before 11:00 am of the due date.

Closing date: 13 May, 2021 at 11:00am. A non-refundable deposit of RTGS$2000.00 is payable upon collection of bid documents. Downloaded bid documents from our website will not require payment.

No faxed or late tenders will be considered. Council is not obliged to accept the lowest bid, or any bid.
