Notice for Prospective Suppliers (2023)

Please note that Supplier registration for 2023 will commence on the 24^th January and will end on the 21^st of April 2023.

To register as a Supplier for 2023, Company profiles inclusive of the following item are required (Take note that the profile should be bound into a booklet):

• CR 6
• CR 14
• Certificate of Incorporation
• VAT Certificate (if VAT registered)
• Valid tax clearance
• Proof of registration with PRAZ (Bring proof of all registered categories)
• Registration fee of USD$10 or RTGS/Bond Note equivalent (At prevailing exchange bank rate)
• Completed Suppliers Application Form (obtainable from Buying Office VFCC Main Stores)
